Business Development Manager (Sales)

We need to immediately hire a business development manager (sales) with a flair for selling software for the banking industry.

Here is the job description:

Should have 4-6 years in selling IT or IT consulting services.

Bachelors or masters degree from a recognized university. Management degree preferred.

Should be familiar with software sales / solutions sales industry, and can sell enterprise software to clients.

Has the ability to identify and connect with key decision makers of leading corporates through appropriate channels.

Should send focused email campaigns informing decision makers of our services and value proposition.

Should provide solutions for pre sales and post sales for offshore, onsite, and nearshore operations

Should be able to make online presentations and demos to CXOs and key management decision makers.

Should address queries on proposals and be diligent in follow-ups to ensure prompt sales funnel closures.

Should have a creative thinking mindset, and ensure quick turnaround in handling queries and objections effectively.

Should have the will and ability to thrive in a competitive environment, and to build professional rapport with all stakeholders.

Should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and be a solutions-oriented, highly-motivated, and proactive self-learner.

Should take personal ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks and execute them with minimal supervision, adhering to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics.
